Conversion of an old restaurant to a unique authentic Hawaiian themed restaurant. Facility had a number of challenges with existing issues including special city code requirements and installation of an exterior 3000 gallon grease interceptor/clarifier. Babuscio worked closely with the owner to stay within budget through the design process. Final project came in under budget.

Babuscio Construction worked “invisibly” on this high visibility project. The restaurant continued to operate throughout construction, even as they expanded their cooking line and created an
entirely new bar. Even better, the project was on time and on budget.

Babuscio Construction was hand-selected by The Cheesecake Factory corporate team to build this retail location at Ontario Mills. We built it to the same high specifications, and included the same familiar luxury details, as are found in full-service Cheesecake Factory restaurants.
Also notable, Babuscio Construction built this project while the mall was open and with no disruption to the commerce taking place in neighboring stores, despite the close quarters.
